These rules mean a private home owner looking to undertake this process by themselves, must understand and comply with all City and/or County regulations, in order to begin renting their homes.

Annual Registration Applications and Fees

Registering your vacation rental is an annual process. This includes filing paperwork, paying fees, and making sure the city or county has up to date information. Submitting paperwork late could lead to delays and fines.

Staff Training and Pay

You must provide training for staff to perform “in person” check-ins, up to and including certification. All staff must be paid on a (W-2) or (1099) basis.
